This Privacy Notice explains how Explain My Labs and its affiliates collect information from or about you when you visit or use our websites, applications, and related services that link to this Notice (collectively, the Platforms), and how we use, maintain, protect, and disclose that information.
If you use the Platforms in connection with services governed by our HIPAA Style Notice of Privacy Practices, that Notice describes how health related information is used and disclosed, our legal duties, and your rights. In the event of a conflict, the HIPAA Style Notice of Privacy Practices will control.

We will confirm receipt of your request within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to verified requests within the legally required timeframe for your jurisdiction, typically 45 days, with an extension of an additional 45 days available where reasonably necessary.
Appeals: If we deny your request, you may appeal our decision by submitting a written appeal to our Privacy Office at the contact information above. We will respond to your appeal within the timeframe required by applicable law and will inform you of any further appeal rights available under your jurisdiction.
